1. How we ship

  • All orders are fulfilled through our international dropshipping partners and shipped directly to you from their warehouses.

  • We currently ship to the USA, Europe, Asia, and select other countries; if your country is not supported at checkout, we cannot ship there.

2. Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

3. Shipping methods and delivery times

Where available, we offer the following options (actual times may vary by country and carrier):

  • Standard shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days (common for international orders).

  • Premium / expedited shipping (if available):

    • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days (subject to carrier and destination).

These are estimates only; we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to customs, carrier delays, or local issues.

4. Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Your country,

    • The weight and size of your order,

    • The shipping method selected.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or above a certain order value, clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

  • You are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees in your country unless otherwise stated.

5. Tracking and delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (if the shipping method supports tracking).

6. Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive it, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • For damaged items, take clear photos and contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will work with our dropshipping partner and the carrier to investigate and, if applicable, issue a refund or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Address and customs issues

  • You must provide an accurate shipping address (including postal code, city, and country).

  • If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, customs refusal, or failure to collect, we may:

    • Offer a partial refund (after deducting shipping and any fees), or

    • Reship the order at your cost, if you pay for a new shipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by customs, import restrictions, or carrier issues.

8. Changes and cancellations

  • You can request a change or cancellation only before the order has been shipped.

  • Once an order is processed and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
